To arrange an appointment with one of our physicians simply call our office at 901.767.8158 during office hours. Appointments are important in keeping the flow of the day steady. Although we realize emergencies occur, it is best if you call the office prior to coming.

When making an appointment, please provide the receptionist with as much information as possible so we may allocate adequate time for your visit.

If you are a new patient, please have your insurance information available to give to the receptionist when you call. If you are on a managed care plan, scheduling of your appointment is much more efficient if you have a current referral number available. Your primary care physician must provide you with the referral.

We will do our best to schedule your appointment with your physician of choice. If your physician is not available, however, we will offer you an appointment with another member of the group.

Your appointment will be confirmed by phone one to two days prior to the day you will be coming in.

We strive to honor appointment times. We believe your time is valuable and we dislike delaying you. Please be aware there are situations that occur that are out of our control. Operating room delays, anesthesia delays, emergencies or patient with unusual complex problems may cause unforeseen disruptions to our schedule. We request your patience and hope that you find comfort in knowing the same attention and care would be extended to you or your loved ones should you find yourselves in a similar situation.

We will do our best to accommodate you during a delay in the schedule due to an unforeseen event. If you are unable to wait, we will try to schedule you with one of our other physicians or the receptionist will reschedule you for a later time.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us as far in advance as possible. This will allow us to utilize that time for another patient who is waiting to be seen.
